Released: Teaming with AI white paper

It’s finally out! We thought it would take 3 weeks, but it took us 12 months - here it is our Teaming with AI Whitepaper. We wanted to show a roadmap, a guideline for everybody who works with teams or in organizations and is struggling with the impact of AI.

Spanning over 90 pages, it features 10 key insights, 56 things to watch in your teams and 8 team exercises.

CMPRSSD 2020 – The Co-creation Conference about Jams, Hacks and Sprints.

W‍orkPlayExperience presents: CMPRSSD 2020. Hacks, Jams, Sprints… accelerated working formats are growing in popularity. Impactful, engaging and easy to schedule, it’s no surprise that organisations are looking to these “pressure cooker” events to crack problems and accelerate solutions in fields as diverse as design, software development, community building and even book authoring.

But how do they work – online and offline –  and how might they work better? How might we manage outputs and outcomes? What exactly can hacks, jams and sprints do? And – crucially – when should we stick to traditional, slower working practices?
